At Beautyluscious we aim to provide a relaxed environment where all of our clients are attended to on time and truly pampered. To achieve this we have had to adopt the following policies:
Cancellations/Re-schedule
We are totally committed to delivering your services in the most prompt & professional way and will ensure that we have adequate time and staff to attend to your needs.
Due to the great effort and expense we go to ensuring the time you have booked is enjoyable, we ask that you value your appointment time. Should you be unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can re-schedule or cancel your appointment.
No Show
Should you No Show for your appointment, you may be asked to pay a deposit when you book in next appointment.
Arriving Late
If you are running late for your appointment please contact us at Beautyluscious as soon as possible and we will attempt to accommodate you as best we can. However we may not be able to perform your full treatment that you booked in for as we must consider the schedules of other clients in the Salon.
Etiquette
To ensure all our guests enjoy our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum and that you turn off your mobile phones.
Although we love children, due to OH&S reasons their attendance to Beautyluscious is discouraged at all times. |
